Howard K. Pollack was born and raised on Long Island. A Brooklyn Law School graduate, he has had a distinguished career as an attorney for over 35 years. While he enjoys practicing law, his first love has always been writing. Beginning simply as a hobby in high school, writing has grown into a passion that has become a dominant force in his life.

Over the years he has created a portfolio filled with short stories, poems, and books. EVERYWHERE THAT TOMMY GOES, won the Readers' Favorite murder mystery book of the year in 2015 and was a finalist for IndieFab murder mystery book of the year as well. He published his next novel in 2022 entitled, UNMASKED, another story inspired by actual events. At the end of 2023 he re-published his first novel, THE FEARLESS FOURSOME, a coming of age story for young teens and wrote a non-fiction educational book entitled SO YOU WANT TO BE AN AUTHOR? which is a writer's guide to becoming an author. In 2024 he published his latest novel, WHERE THE RIVER RUNS RED and it made it to # 1 on the Amazon Legal Thrillers best seller list.
